roll pitch yaw surge heave sway
Bringing you the full line-up for 'roll pitch yaw surge heave sway', our dedicated listening space with eclectic music and sound acts selected by Mark Leckey and Bottega Veneta. Ranging from concrete music over alienating sound collages, experimental dub and spoken word.
The dark and sticky setting will be dominated by a large scale new video work by Leckey where a foreboding seascape meets a candy-coloured sky. From awe to awwww.
From May 5th through 7th.
Horst 2023 pays tribute to those that define urban spaces, make cities livable and alive. The annual expo — this year titled 'Where The Wild Things Are' — shines a light and celebrates exactly those energies which we usually don't see reflected in the sleek renderings of the so-called "cities of tomorrow".
Part of this expo is an installation by UK based artist Mark Leckey, co-commissioned by Bottega Veneta. The installation will entail the design & scenography for this year's brand new dedicated listening space.
Ambient and non-clubbing sets will set the tone for this sacred place amidst the festival grounds. The lineup consists of 20 previously unannounced artists, ranging from up and coming local talent to widely praised international artists.
