Cashless
All Horst Arts & Music events are cashless events. You can request a refund for unspent balance from the Horst Expo Closing as of Monday 31 July at 12h00. The refund portal closes on Sunday 13 August at 23h59.
How do I obtain a refund of my unspent card balance?
If you're a European citizen, you can request a refund for the remaining cash on your bracelet through the cashless refund portal. The minimum remaining cash balance must be more than T1. The service provider charges a fee of €1 for the refund. Refunds are available from 31.07 at 12h00 until 13.08 at 23h59. The remaining cash will be transferred after the refund deadline.
What are Cashless Payconic by Bancontact cards?
Cashless is a payment system that makes transactions inside the event faster, safer and easier. You will have a bracelet where you can place the amount of money that you plan to spend at Horst Arts & Music, and then use it at any bar, food vendor, shop or service provider inside the event arena and campsite areas. After the event, you’ll be able to obtain a full refund of the remaining balance by using the cashless refund portal.
Where do I receive my Payconiq card?
When you arrive at Horst Arts & Music Festival you will receive a Payconiq bracelet at the entrance.
How do I put money into my Payconiq card?
You can add money to your bracelet online before and during the event or at any top-up points inside the event area. It's the easiest way to buy tokens, as it allows you to top up your Payconiq card directly. You can also buy tokens by card on site.
What can I buy with my wristband?
Inside the event, your Payconiq bracelet is the only accepted payment method. Our bars, food and drink stalls, merchants, artisans and other services within the event arena and campsites, will only be using our cashless system, and will not accept cash as payment.
What happens if I lose my card?
You can buy a new one at the infopoint for 0.5 tokens. They will give you a new bracelet by means of the name on your ID and/or ticket. The amount of cash on your lost card will be transferred to your new card.
